1. For customers who purchase goods from our company, in order to ensure your interests, please inspect the goods on site upon receipt. If you find that the goods are damaged during transportation, you have the right to request the delivery personnel to retrieve the goods for redelivery or request the post office to provide proof and claim compensation from the post office.
2. We only offer one free on-site return or exchange. Please contact us within the valid time after reviewing all the products and prepare the products and delivery notes for inspection.
3. If the customer returns the product due to their own reasons (such as non quality issues with the product description or repeated orders before placing the order), please contact our customer service center to return the product to our company. requirement:
(1) Comply with the return time policy: Within one week after receiving the goods (based on the date of receipt).
(2) The packaging and the product itself are intact and undamaged;
(3) Please bring the original invoice. If an invoice has already been issued, please return it together;
4. If you find any quality issues with the product after receiving it, you can call for a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving it. To return the product, please return the outer packaging, inner accessories, sales receipt, etc. together with the product. 5. The returned goods must have the original packaging, accessories, instructions for use, and warranty card; You should also have a receipt that can effectively prove that the product was purchased from us.
6. Our company has the right to refuse customers' requests for returns and exchanges in the following situations:
(1) The on-site customer did not find any delivery errors and requested a return or exchange. When you receive the goods, please carefully inspect them according to the delivery note. Shortage, loss, dirtiness or damage of goods. Please check and indicate on the spot that free redelivery will be provided, and no further processing will be accepted after the deadline.

(4) Customer invoices are lost or incomplete.

(6) The customer requests to replace the product with another product.
(7) The customer did not contact the customer service center in advance before coming to their doorstep.
7. If there are any quality issues with the product, we will exchange, repair, and resolve any other problems arising from friendly negotiations between both parties; If the two parties cannot resolve the issue through negotiation, it can be submitted to the Quality Supervision Commission or the Consumer Rights Protection Association for arbitration.
